Business systems,ready torun.
Three complete management systems for the trades we know best — restaurants, salons and gyms. Built once, then configured around how your business runs.
Pixxoft's business management software brings the day-to-day running of a gym, a salon or a restaurant into one cloud-based system: bookings or orders, members or clients, staff, payments and reporting. Each product is a complete system for one kind of business, set up around how yours runs.
Choose by the kind of business you run: a gym management system for memberships and attendance, salon management software for appointments and clients, or restaurant management software for orders, tables and stock.
Not sure a ready-made system fits? Read custom software vs off-the-shelf software, see how we price projects, or look at our custom software development service.
Each one is a complete business system rather than a single feature — shipped ready to run, then configured around how you actually work.
- 01 / 03 — Restaurant Management
Run your restaurant. Not your paperwork.
Front of house, kitchen and back office on one system.
Orders taken at the table reach the kitchen the moment they are sent, stock comes down as dishes go out, and the day closes on a reconciled figure rather than a drawer of receipts. Built for the way a service actually runs — fast, loud, and unforgiving of software that gets in the way.
Ideal for: Restaurants, cafés and small groups running table service, takeaway, or both at once.

What’s inside
Orders and table service
Take orders at the table, split or merge bills mid-service, and send tickets straight to the kitchen.
Floor plan and reservations
Every table's state at a glance, so walk-ins get seated without stepping on a booking already held.
Inventory and recipe costing
Stock is deducted per dish from its recipe, giving you a true food cost and early warning on what runs out tonight.
Staff, rotas and permissions
Shifts, clock-in and per-role access, so each person sees the part of the system their job needs.
Payments and reporting
Cash, card and wallet takings reconciled into one end-of-day total, broken down by item, server and hour.
- 02 / 03 — Salon Management
Your salon. One intelligent system.
Bookings, client history and takings in one place.
Clients book themselves in, staff see their own day the moment it changes, and every visit adds to a record the whole team can use. The admin that used to live in a paper diary and three notebooks now keeps itself.
Ideal for: Salons, barbershops, spas and clinics that book appointments against staff time.

Visits, services, products and notes on one profile, so anyone can pick up where the last appointment left off.
Services and pricing
Define services, durations and add-ons once — the calendar and the till both read the same list.
Staff and commission
Track who performed what, calculate commission automatically, and give each stylist a view of their own day.
Payments and reporting
Take payment at checkout and see revenue by service, stylist and day without exporting a thing.
- 03 / 03 — Gym Management
Everything your gym needs.
Memberships that renew themselves.
Sign-ups, renewals, check-ins and overdue dues handled without anyone having to remember to handle them. The front desk stops being the bottleneck, and the numbers you need to run the place are already on the dashboard when you ask for them.
Ideal for: Gyms, fitness studios and training facilities running recurring memberships.

Long-term Partner
We build relationships, not just deliverables.
If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we answer plainly.
Can the system be customised for how we work?
Yes. Each product ships with the workflows its industry runs on, and we adjust terminology, pricing rules, reports and permissions to match your business during setup. If what you need goes further than configuration, we build it as an extension rather than asking you to change how you operate.
Where does it run, and who hosts it?
The systems run in the cloud and work on any modern browser, tablet or till, so there is nothing to install on every device. We can host and maintain it for you, or deploy into your own cloud account if you would rather own the infrastructure outright.
Can you move our existing data across?
We migrate customers, menus or service lists, staff records and historical transactions from spreadsheets or your current software. You get a chance to review the imported data on a test environment before anything goes live.
How is it priced?
Products are licensed on a monthly subscription that covers hosting, updates and support, with a one-off setup fee for configuration, data migration and training. Larger or multi-location rollouts are quoted individually — you see the full breakdown before committing.
How long does setup take, and do you train our staff?
Most single-location setups are live within two to four weeks, including configuration and data migration. Training is included: we run sessions with your team before launch and stay close through the first weeks of real use.
What if none of the three fit our business?
Then a product is the wrong answer and we will say so. We build custom software for exactly that case, and the discovery conversation is the same either way — we work out what you actually need before recommending anything.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll figure out the technology.
