A corporate apparel brand sold the way it is actually bought — a visualizer that puts the buyer's logo on the product in real colour and placement, then generates a downloadable quotation they can send straight through to WhatsApp.
Eshyra Clothing — project visual

Eshyra Clothing supplies custom T-shirts, corporate polos and dry-fit wear to teams across Sri Lanka — offices, hotels, schools, sports clubs and event organisers. Ordering branded apparel normally means a week of messages about fabric, placement and price. The site was built to compress that into a few minutes in a browser.

Buying branded apparel is a run of questions a supplier answers one message at a time: which fabric, what GSM, DTF or embroidery, how it looks with our logo on it, and what it costs at our quantity. Eshyra needed a site that answered all of it up front — for an audience that runs from corporate procurement to a school sports coach, browsing in English, Sinhala or Tamil, usually on a phone.
- 01
Put the product decisions on the page
Three product lines — single jersey T-shirts, PK-fabric corporate polos and Wetlock dry-fit wear — are presented with the specifics a buyer actually asks for: fabric, GSM and the branding methods each one suits. Dedicated materials and branding sections explain DTF, embroidery and sublimation in terms a first-time buyer can act on.
- 02
Let buyers see the shirt before they commit
A visualizer places the customer's own logo on the product in real colour and placement, so the conversation starts from something they can look at rather than a description. It mirrors how the business already works, where a mockup is approved before anything goes into bulk production.
- 03
Turn the quotation into a self-service step
The visualizer feeds a quote generator: pick a product, a quantity and a branding method, and the site produces a premium, downloadable quotation in about three minutes — no account, no commitment. Confirming it is one tap through to WhatsApp, where the team already talks to its customers.
- 04
Build for three languages and a phone
English, Sinhala and Tamil are first-class throughout, each with its own typeface loaded, and the whole flow was designed mobile-first — browsing, visualising, quoting and the WhatsApp handoff all work from a phone in one sitting.
Eshyra Clothing now sells the way its buyers want to buy. The fabric and branding questions are answered on the page, the mockup happens before anyone commits, and a finished quotation reaches the buyer and the team's WhatsApp inbox in the same few minutes — a qualified enquiry rather than a cold contact form.
